Maxwell is a dedicated jazz drummer hailing from Berklee College of Music.  He has been influenced by a diverse array of drumming virtuosos including  Ronald Bruner Jr, Gary Novak, Justin Tyson, Brian Blade, Rich Scannella, Adam Cruz, Mark Walker, and Vinnie Colaiuta among others.  Maxwell's musical journey is a tapestry of genres spanning jazz, reggae, and rock.

Currently a full-time student at Berklee, Maxwell's commitment to his craft extends beyond the classroom. He is a fixture at the Light of Light Church in Cambridge and the Arabic Evangelical Baptist Church in Boston, where his dynamic drumming enriches worship services. His engagement with music doesn't stop there—Maxwell imparts his knowledge as a part-time drum instructor at Horus Academy in Roxbury, Massachusetts, sharing his expertise with aspiring musicians.

Known for his innovative approach, Maxwell is not content with standard sounds. He customizes his cymbals, experimenting to find unique tones that complement his music, reflecting a quest for individuality and sonic depth.

Maxwell's creative journey includes the release of three albums, each showcasing his evolving style and artistic growth. With a new album on the horizon, his dedication to pushing musical boundaries and exploring new sonic territories remains unwavering.
